Consultations and educational materials
Da Velvet1 / Velvet Production Company provides music, production, and Suno-related education, opinions, and creative guidance. A consultation purchases the stated session time and agreed scope, not a particular personal, artistic, technical, or commercial result. Unless expressly included in the offer, production work, revisions, ongoing coaching, recordings, and follow-up sessions are not included.
No guarantee of results or retention
We do not guarantee mastery, comprehension, retention, recall, successful application of a technique, a particular sound, identical AI outputs, earnings, streams, followers, placements, distribution approval, or career success. Results vary with experience, practice, participation, equipment, software, source material, and factors outside our control. Examples demonstrate possibilities; they are not promises of what you will achieve. You are encouraged to ask questions during your session and take personal notes. These limitations do not excuse failure to deliver the service expressly purchased.
Your responsibilities and third-party tools
Provide accurate information about your goals and setup, participate in the session, and evaluate recommendations before applying them. Back up your projects before making changes. You remain responsible for release decisions, permissions, licensing, and compliance with third-party terms. Suno and other services may change their features, pricing, availability, or outputs. We do not control those services and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless expressly stated. Education here is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Reviews and paid priority
Reviews are subjective creative assessments. Automated analysis, when used, is an aid and may contain errors. Payment for review priority does not purchase a favorable opinion, score, endorsement, guaranteed airplay, signing, or placement. Any specific delivery commitment stated at purchase remains applicable.
Submitted content and non-endorsement
Lyrics, recordings, artwork, guest statements, and other third-party submissions express the views of their respective creators. Hosting, discussing, reviewing, or playing content does not by itself mean Da Velvet1 or Velvet Production Company endorses its claims, political messages, ideology, propaganda, conduct, or opinions. Creative works may contain fictional, satirical, or explicit material. This statement does not authorize unlawful content or excuse our own conduct. We may decline or remove submissions that violate rights, applicable law, or published submission rules.
Rights and permissions
Submit only material you own or have sufficient permission to provide for the stated use, including relevant recording, composition, artwork, and sample rights. Submission does not transfer ownership. Any permission for review, public playback, or promotional use must be described in the applicable submission form; this page does not grant a blanket right to exploit your work.
Digital books and expansions
A digital purchase licenses the purchased edition for personal use; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale, redistribution, or public posting. Future expansions are separate purchases unless an offer expressly includes them. Buying educational material does not guarantee understanding, retention, or a particular outcome. Specific prices and included items must be shown before payment.
Service concerns and refunds
Disappointment with a subjective review or failure to achieve an unpromised result does not, by itself, establish that the purchased service was not delivered. This does not limit remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges, defective or inaccessible downloads, material misrepresentation, or rights required by law. Any additional cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions must be clearly disclosed before purchase and cannot be imposed retroactively. Email admin@davelvet1.com to report a problem; include your order reference and a description, never your full card details. Nothing here prevents an honest review, a lawful complaint, or use of payment-provider dispute procedures.
Limitations and preserved legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied guarantees of a particular educational, creative, or commercial outcome and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including speculative lost profits or opportunities arising from reliance on educational guidance. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or failure to provide an expressly promised service. Mandatory consumer rights and any express written commitments remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
Support and review delivery
Music reviews take place during announced live sessions. Priority changes queue order after confirmed payment; no fixed delivery deadline is offered unless one is stated for that session before purchase. Findings are sent manually to the submitted email address. Contact admin@davelvet1.com for submission, payment, accessibility, or delivery problems. Keep your submission number and payment reference. Changes and purchase terms
Updated October 29, 2026. The specific offer and terms disclosed and accepted when you purchase govern that transaction. Later updates do not retroactively reduce your rights. This page does not establish that a visitor has accepted a purchase agreement merely by browsing.
Update signups and consultation interest
Joining an email update list or consultation interest list is free. Select only the categories you want. This signup does not purchase a service, reserve a time, guarantee availability, or promise a date when booking will open. The form saves your choices; it does not verify your email or send an automatic confirmation. You can request a change or unsubscribe at admin@davelvet1.com. Any consultation purchase will require a separate offer and payment.
Direct digital purchases
Store prices are in USD: the digital book is $30, each CLOCK IT pack or addition is $10, and the full album is $12.99. Each listing identifies its included files and formats. A purchase covers the files listed at checkout; future expansions are separate purchases unless expressly included. Downloads unlock only after confirmed payment. Keep a local backup and save your private access link. Personal listening and reading rights do not transfer copyright, redistribution rights, music synchronization rights, or a beat license. Public song previews are limited excerpts, not the purchased master files. Contact admin@davelvet1.com with your order number or Stripe receipt for non-delivery, a duplicate charge, or a corrupted file. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain applicable.
