Privacy notice

Velvet Production Company uses information you provide to operate music submissions, reviews, and artist-support sessions. Updated October 29, 2026.

What you provide

A submission may include your artist name, song title, genre, email, optional social handle, song or video link, rights confirmation, and uploaded audio. The review service may save audio measurements, scores, feedback, submission status, payment references, and payment status. Do not include passwords, card details, or sensitive personal information in song descriptions or support messages.

How it is used

We use submission details to manage the queue, review your music, confirm payment priority, send findings manually, address support requests, and prevent repeated free claims. Artist names, titles, and approved playable recordings or videos may appear in public station catalogs or sessions. Your submission email is intended for administration and delivery, not for display in a public artist listing.

Music updates and consultation interest

If you use our signup form, we save your email, optional name, selected update categories, consent dates, and the version of the signup notice you accepted. Music updates and consultation interest are separate choices, unchecked by default. Joining a consultation list does not reserve or pay for a session. Email addresses are not verified by this form, and no confirmation message or automated newsletter is sent when you sign up. The owner may use your choices to contact you about the categories you selected. Email admin@davelvet1.com to change your choices or unsubscribe. Signup records are visible only to the owner and may be exported for administration. We temporarily retain a hashed network identifier to limit signup abuse; we do not publish it.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments through its checkout. We store payment identifiers and status rather than your full card details. The website uses hosted infrastructure and file storage supplied through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. YouTube and Spotify embeds connect to their providers when loaded; playback and provider tracking are governed by those services’ privacy notices and settings. External links take you to independently operated services.

Audio analysis and device storage

Uploaded audio may be measured in your browser and the resulting technical report saved with your submission. Optional live-link audio analysis requires browser sharing permission. Playback preferences may remain in local device storage. Store orders use a private access token saved in your browser or in an access link you choose to save; treat that link like a password. We store a hashed version of the token with your order and use a secure cookie to authorize downloads after payment. Losing both the token and your saved access link may require receipt-based support recovery. Administrator sign-in uses session cookies.

Keeping and deleting information

Audience signups remain until you ask to unsubscribe or the owner removes them; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is promised. We remove you from the relevant contact list when processing a valid unsubscribe request, subject to records needed to honor the request and applicable obligations. Order and payment records may be retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and disputes. Submission records and audio are retained while needed to operate reviews, approved music catalogs, payment reconciliation, and support. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. A minimal record that a normalized email used its free submission may remain after an individual review is removed. Email admin@davelvet1.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Include your submission number and the email used; we may need to confirm the request relates to your information and retain records needed for payment, dispute, or legal obligations.

Questions or removal requests

Contact admin@davelvet1.com about privacy, incorrect public credits, or removal of a recording or video you control. Avoid sending full payment-card details.
